Sarah Olsen is a Senior Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in May 2024 after the merger with Roy Potter Insurance. She holds an AAS degree from Renton Technical College’s Executive Assistant Program and has over 10 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
Sarah’s background includes roles as a Marketing & Communications Assistant and Grant Research Assistant at Renton Technical College, and an Area Manager at McDonald’s Corporation. She has over 16 years of customer service experience across culinary, management, secretarial/administrative, and insurance services. In 2016, she received Safeco Insurance CSR recognition.
Sarah is involved in her community through initiatives like Adopt a Road and Habitat for Humanity, where she helped build a home in Auburn, WA. Known for her friendly attitude, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail, Sarah values long-term client relationships and retention.
Originally from a small farm town in the Pacific Northwest, Sarah enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, cycling with Peloton, cooking, spending time with her husband and two German Shepherds, and watching her favorite Bravo shows.
