Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Jonna Schneider is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2025 after the merger of Fort Madison – LJ Insurance. She has been in insurance since 1991, starting out as the receptionist at Hopkirk & Feightner. She obtained her personal lines license 10 months later and became an agent 5 months after that. In 2001, she earned her commercial license and worked as a Commercial CSA for 15 years. After leaving Hopkirk & Feightner, she worked for Connection Insurance, which was bought by LJ Insurance in 2022, and then by Inszone Insurance in 2025. Jonna graduated high school in 1981 and earned a diploma in Clerical from Southeastern Community College in 1982. She specializes in commercial lines, where she enjoys helping customers understand their coverages and feel more comfortable about them.
Jonna is passionate about making each client feel special. She believes that even if a previous customer was unhappy, it does not affect the current customer she is assisting. Her personal philosophy is to try to make the customer comfortable with their coverages and understanding them.
In her free time, Jonna enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and attending their activities. She also enjoys taking their pleasure boat out on the Mississippi River.
