Steph Riddle
Personal Lines Account Manager
Steph Riddle is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2025 after the merger of Keokuk – LJ Insurance. She has been in the industry for 12 years and currently specializes in Personal Lines. She began her insurance career with KSB Insurance as a receptionist in 2013. Through a series of buyouts, she gained experience at Connection Insurance where she obtained her license and worked in claims, and later at LJ Insurance where she handled agency accounting and customer service. Her educational background is in medical field. Steph is also involved in her community, serving on the Keokuk Christian Academy School board, the USBC youth Bowling board, and assisting with God’s Way Food Pantry.
Steph is passionate about helping customers understand their policies and finding coverage that fits their needs. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring clients receive the best service they deserve.
In her free time, Steph enjoys spending time with her family. She has a lifelong passion for bowling, avid Iowa Hawkeye Football Fan. She also loves outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, walking, card playing, and participating in bible studies.
