With an impressive track record spanning more than 22 years, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in commercial transportation insurance to her role. Rachel’s experience encompasses diverse roles, including support, sales agent, account manager, underwriting, and billing.
Notably, Rachel’s leadership skills shine through as a sales team lead, guiding her team to the highest production for two consecutive years. For 15 out of her 22 years, she held supervisory positions, a testament to her strong work ethic and dedication. Rachel is driven by a relentless commitment to ensuring her clients’ needs are met, especially within the context of the thin profit margins that truckers operate on, where timely solutions are vital.
In her free time, Rachel nurtures a thriving summer garden, delighting in canning her homegrown produce. Among her favorites are homegrown tomatoes, which she transforms into various creations including salsa, spaghetti sauce, tomato juice, diced, and whole tomatoes. Additionally, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family, floating on the Missouri rivers during the summer months. A point of pride is her role as a grandmother to her beautiful granddaughter, the child of her daughter in the Airforce, who resides in San Antonio.
