I have been a client of Inszone insurance for 20+ years (when it was Ray Johnson’s company). I have shopped insurance options myself on occasion over that period of time. This year, Jorge prospectively reached out to me, as the renewal date on my homeowner’s insurance was approaching. In the past, I have never had an Inszone agent prospectively reach out to me. The onus has always been on me to make first contact. Jorge offered to shop our options, not only on my primary residence, but also on my secondary residence. He found a great option and we made the switch, saving us over $1,000 on the annual premium. During the time I worked with Jorge through this process, he was faced with some tremendous family issues regarding serious seasonal illness requiring hospitalization of his children. I “met” Jorge via phone call a few months ago. I needed assistance in obtaining information regarding coverage for my auto. Jorge was so helpful and patient with my questions, and although I did not need to use my insurance for the issue, he offered his assistance for any additional questions. Fast forward to 2-3 months later, I contacted Jorge to inquire about coverages and premiums, and he was over the top helpful. Jorge helped us with obtaining the coverage we needed. I also asked he review our auto policy, and he was able to assist us with our changes and helped us lower our premiums.
