Drake Zimmerman is a Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2025 after the merger of Woodward, OK – SBG-SBS Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, LLC. He has been a licensed Property and Casualty (P&C) agent for three years, gaining extensive experience in both personal lines and commercial lines of insurance. His primary focus has been on commercial lines, where he specializes in providing tailored coverage solutions to meet the unique needs of businesses. Drake graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with an overall understanding in Business Administration. In 2024, he further advanced his insurance expertise by earning the Small Business Coverage Specialist (SBCS) designation from ALM PC360 Education, which broadened his knowledge in areas such as risk management, enabling him to tailor coverage solutions specifically for small enterprises. Additionally, he is actively involved in his church’s weekly after-school program and has been involved in the local Rotary chapter in Woodward, with plans to reengage as his family commitments allow.
Drake’s primary goal for his clients is to help them gain a better understanding of what insurance is and how it can benefit their lives. Having personally experienced a lack of clarity and guidance from his previous agent, he understands the crucial importance of clear communication and transparency. Since entering the industry, he has committed to building strong relationships with his clients and ensuring they fully comprehend their coverages. Looking ahead, Drake aims to obtain the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and advance into a leadership role, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development and his aspiration to lead and mentor others in the industry.
In his free time, Drake cherishes spending time with his family, especially his 6-month-old child who brings immense joy to his life. He and his fiancée enjoy spending their evenings outside on the porch, listening to music or engaging in outdoor activities. When not with his family, Drake enjoys participating in various sports such as intramural leagues, golf, and pickleball. He also loves spending time at the lake, fishing, and hunting.
