Kody Newland is an Agency Partner at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Phoenix 3 – Park Model-Manufactured Home Insurance Services. He brings over 40 years of corporate experience before retiring and starting his own agency in 2017, which he sold to Inszone in 2026. Kody has worked for numerous companies with various titles and responsibilities, including State Auto Mutual Ins Co, Foremost Ins Co, American Modern Ins Co, AIG, American Summit (DUAL), and Standard Casualty (CAVCO). He specializes in Manufactured Home Insurance and drives business through personal contact, presentations, and advertising. Kody is a graduate of Bluffton College (1975-79).
Kody focuses on providing security for retired clients by offering quality products through top-rated companies, quality coverage, and services. His approach is to provide clients with enough information to make the best educated decisions for their insurance needs. He is passionate about his work and committed to achieving corporate goals such as 7% growth or more and 90% retention on existing business.
In his free time, Kody enjoys supporting an orphanage in Kenya, helping others, land development, and F45 training. His personal philosophy centers on God, spouse, family, friends, and all others.
