Caleb Brophy is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in March 2023. He has worked in customer service, at a private investigations firm handling various kinds of cases, including workers’ compensation claims, and at an independent agency handling personal and commercial insurance with a focus on commercial property. He is an animal lover and has volunteered at shelters. His strengths include being easy-going, loving working with people, solving tough problems, and always being willing to do whatever it takes to help clients. His prior experience in investigations and customer service provides attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
In his free time, he loves listening to and playing music. He plays the guitar, piano, and trumpet. He also enjoys traveling whenever he can, especially to the beach. On the weekends, he likes playing golf and basketball.
