Melissa was one of three insurance brokers I was working with, and the ONLY one who stayed in the fight. The other two brokers gave up when realizing it was tough to find insurance for an aviation security company, however, Melissa never gave up, and continued to work hard for our company. She was great at communicating with me and providing updates prior to me asking for information. If there was something she didn’t know, she never lied about it, but told me she would find the answer, then she got back to me quickly with the answers.
