Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Chad Adams is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2026. In college, he was a student-athlete playing basketball for The University of New Mexico and graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in University Studies. He played professional basketball in Mexico and South America until 2016. Chad began his sales career in car sales in 2017, later becoming an assistant branch manager at Enterprise until 2020 when he decided to study and obtain his insurance licenses. Since 2020, he has been in the insurance industry, specializing in selling Home, Auto, Life, and Commercial insurance policies. He received the Blue Vase and Heritage awards for outstanding sales accomplishments while working at Farm Bureau Financial Services.
When working with clients, Chad prioritizes their interests by asking the right questions and providing the correct amount of coverage while finding affordable policies. He is passionate about customer service and ensuring his clients feel comfortable discussing their insurance needs. His ability to relate to people from all walks of life and his responsiveness help him maintain a healthy relationship with his clients.
In his free time, Chad helps run a basketball organization that trains boys and girls within the community, preparing them for high school basketball and beyond. He aspires to be in management one day and help others become successful agents.
