I was helped by Gicela and although I called on a Friday 45 minutes before closing she never made me feel rushed. She was SO detailed and helpful with our car policy needs and questions. She was courteous and explained information in English and Spanish for my mother. Her patience and calm demeanor was appreciated. Outstanding customer service on her end! Thank you!
