Carrie Palmer

Carrie Palmer is the Director of Human Resources at Inszone Insurance Services. Carrie started her career in the insurance industry with finance and accounting. After trying her hand at sales, she decided that her talents were best utilized in Human Resources. She completed her master’s in Business Administration in 2018 from the University of Redlands, going back to school not only for herself, but as a role model for her girls. The lesson that a goal can be achieved at any stage in life is very important for her. Carrie enjoys working in Human Resources because it gives her the ability to watch the company grow, create positive change, and assist the employees in a powerful way. Transitioning to a larger company has challenged Carrie to identify, develop and retain talent in more efficient and effective ways, realizing competitive advantages and enhanced culture along the way.
Carrie joined Inszone in July 2021 after the merger with her previous company, Strachota Insurance Agency.
On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her girls and getting out into the community.
