Commercial Lines Account Manager
Hunter Meek is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in April 2026. He started his career as a Casualty intern at Amwins Insurance Brokerage. After completing his internship, he took on a role as a commercial lines account manager at a small agency in Springfield, MO called GLS Insurance Group, gaining experience on the retail side of commercial insurance. Hunter has been in the commercial insurance industry for almost 2 years, with previous experience in wholesale Excess and Surplus Lines as well as retail agency work. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Missouri State University and has his Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license in Missouri and Kansas. Hunter has specialized knowledge in excess and surplus lines insurance and expertise in assisting churches and non-profits with their commercial insurance needs. He also works with contractors, excavators, tree service providers, trucking companies, and welders. He has established a career path in commercial insurance at a relatively young age, gaining experience that many professionals do not obtain until after graduation. Additionally, Hunter has held multiple leadership positions within Gamma Iota Sigma, an insurance fraternity, including Chapter Promotion & Speaker Engagement Chair, Secretary, and Recruitment Officer.
Hunter’s goal is to provide clients with the right coverage at a competitive price while helping them understand their risks and make informed insurance decisions. He focuses on delivering responsive service, building trust, and protecting what matters most to their business and future.
In his free time, Hunter enjoys playing basketball, watching the Chiefs on Sunday night, working out, and going out to the bars.
