Hauke Hansen is a Commercial Insurance Specialist / Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2023 after the merger with Hawks View Insurance. Hauke has been a licensed agent in property, casualty, life, and health insurance since 2001. He also holds the designation of certified insurance counselor. His passion lies in assisting businesses and individuals with problem-solving, always focusing on their unique needs.
Throughout his career, Hauke has taken on various roles in the insurance industry. He has experience in working with specific carriers as well as in brokerage operations. His roles encompasses sales, service, management, and even business ownership. This diverse background allows Hauke to connect with business owners not only from an insurance and risk management standpoint but also from the perspective of real-world business operations.
Hauke values his team and is dedicated to improving their roles within the company. He is honored by the trust his staff has shown in his leadership and is also grateful for his nomination as the 2023 Mason County “Boss of the Year.”
Outside of work, Hauke is active in the community through volunteer events, particularly with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Rotary, and the Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has also taken on various roles, including serving as the President of his territory network chapter.
In his leisure time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his family and friends. He eagerly anticipates opportunities for travel, whether near or far, in search of unique experiences. Camping, hiking, grilling, cooking, and socializing are on top of his list of preferred activities. Occasionally, he engages in a round of golf, often enjoyed alongside his son Alec and his spouse of over two decades, Julie.
