Rachel Henry
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Rachel Henry is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the team in August 2024. Rachel brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including her time as an Account Manager with another company and a Compliance Administrator.
Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Rachel worked in healthcare, assisting Medi-Cal members and providers, which honed her customer service and problem-solving skills. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts in English to ASL Interpreter Preparation from American River College. In October 2023, she earned her Utah Property and Casualty Insurance License.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys counted cross-stitch, hosting dinner parties with friends, and watching movies. She has also recently taken up ice skating lessons and enjoys spending time with her family in Utah, where she moved from California three years ago.
