Senior Personal Insurance Specialist / Branch Manager
Roy Sanfilippo is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist / Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in July 2023 after the merger with Sanfilippo & Sons Insurance Services LLC. He attended San Jose City College, Mission College, and San Jose State on a partial scholarship for baseball, where Roy studied Business Management. During his junior year at San Jose State, Roy made the decision to leave and accelerate his entry into the family business with his father and two brothers. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience by working for an insurance company for two years.
Roy has been a member of the Sons of Sicily, Italian Heritage Foundation, and Holy Name Society of St. Christopher’s Church. His father’s words of wisdom, when his three sons joined the agency, remain ingrained in him: “Whether you have a $200K account or a $20.00 account, you treat your customers the same.” Over the years, Roy has always taken pride in building strong relationships with his clients and tending to their needs. He truly believes that this approach is the key to the family business’s success, which has spanned over 60 years.
In his leisure time, Roy enjoys fishing, golfing, playing pickleball, and following baseball. He also coached his kids in little league baseball and soccer.
