Commercial Sales Team Manager
John Harless is a Commercial Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in October 2025. After spending over a decade as a PGA Golf Professional, he became a licensed Real Property Appraiser. Several years later, his brother, who was a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, convinced him to join his firm as a Commercial P&C Producer. Years later, John held a management role in opening new locations for a small firm, and served as a personal lines director with Regions Insurance before moving to Colorado in 2023. He has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years and is licensed in multiple states in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health. His areas of expertise include property appraisal, loss control and risk analysis, Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance, manufacturing, and municipalities.
John’s clients became his clients because he listened to them when they expressed their needs and concerns. He is passionate about his work and committed to providing attentive service that meets client needs.
In his free time, John enjoys playing golf, a passion that began when his father took him to play at age 10 and has never stopped. He lives by the personal philosophy: “How long are you going to wait before you demand to be the best version of yourself”.
