He graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has since gained over a decade of experience with Citizens, covering all aspects of operations including sales, customer service, accounting, payroll, HR, project management and implementation, CRM development, and marketing. His strengths lie in his friendly and helpful attitude, his knowledge, and his honesty.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the Auburn canyons, riding bikes, hiking, and wine tasting around the Sierra foothills.

John went above and beyond to help me in a matter that I have been trying to get taken care of for 2 weeks. I sent 1 email to John and he went to town on clearing up this matter.
