Branch Manager/Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist
Mike Lipton is a Branch Manager and a Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2025 after the merger of Hot Springs – Arkansas Best Insurance Agency. He started working on the staff of a US Senator before entering the insurance industry as a life insurance specialist. He then switched careers into the Property and Casualty insurance business. In 1995, Mike purchased his own agency and ran it until the merger with Inszone in August 2025. He has been in the business since 1987, specializing in commercial accounts. Mike holds a BBA from the University of Central Arkansas and a CIC designation. His key skills include handling complicated large P&C accounts, bonding, and risk management. He has received several personal achievements including Young Agent of the Year by IIAA of Arkansas, Agent of the Year by Arkansas Professional Insurance Agencies of Arkansas, and a 40 under 40 Award by a state business publication. Mike is actively involved in the community and industry, having served as past Chairman of the Board for the Local Chamber of Commerce and currently serving as Board Chairman of the Metropolitan Planning Organization for a three-county area. He is also a member of Rotary International, IIAA, and PIA of Arkansas.
Mike likes for his clients to make him part of their team as their insurance department advisor. He works closely with their CPAs and legal counsel to provide the best risk management advice possible.
In his free time, Mike enjoys boating, outdoor adventures, hunting, fishing, and scuba diving.
