Beth Holmes is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2025 after the merger of Fort Madison – LJ Insurance. Since beginning her insurance career in 2008, she has remained with the same agency through multiple mergers and acquisitions that have shaped its growth and reach. She started as the receptionist, then became a customer service agent and now a Senior Personal Insurance Specialist. With a solid insurance background since 2008, Bethany started as a Personal Lines Producer, later earning Commercial Lines and Life & Health licenses to offer comprehensive personal and business coverage solutions. She completed about a year of coursework at Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa, and in September 2024 obtained her Associate in Insurance (AINS) certification. Beth helps individuals and families find the right personal insurance coverage, while also offering expert guidance in commercial, life, and health insurance. She is committed to making insurance simple, personal, and reliable.
Beth prides herself on being prompt and responsive when clients need a quote or have questions. She makes it a priority to be available and to provide timely, clear communication. She takes the time to thoroughly review coverage with each client, ensuring they understand what they are protected for and what additional options are available to meet their unique needs. Her goal is to empower clients with knowledge so they can make confident insurance decisions.
In her free time, Beth enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with friends. She also loves catching a great concert or a stand-up comedy show whenever she can.
