Commercial Lines Account Manager
At the beginning of this week, I called your office because I had questions about a premium amount that we had been given. I talked to Sim, and he was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what to do and I felt the amount was too high. Sim took the time to look over my policies and help me out. And he was able to talk to amtrust, find out what the problem was, explain it to me and solve it. I very much appreciate that I never felt rushed, as if I was being a nuance or ignorant. All the contrary he was very patient and kind. As you can tell, I have, much to say about my wonderful experience!
