Lory Williams is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager / Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in July 2024 after the merger with ISU Francis Pinney Insurance Agency.
Lory joined the ISU-FPI Team in August 2014 as a Commercial Account Executive. Over the past decade, she also took on roles as Group Benefits Coordinator and then became the first Vice President of ISU Francis-Pinney Insurance. Her insurance career began in 1985 with a large company, handling personal and small commercial accounts. She worked with another carrier until 1997, then spent 18 years at larger broker firms managing insurance for logging, lumbering, hospitality, and entertainment. With nearly 40 years in the industry, her extensive experience is a major asset. She values client relationships and looks forward to this next chapter.
In 2008, Lory earned the Certified Insurance Specialist in Construction (CISC) designation and upgraded to Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) in 2010. This expertise helps her handle the unique risks of construction projects and contractors.
Outside of work, Lory enjoys traveling with her husband Brian, especially to Duluth, MN, to watch their daughter Allyssa pitch for the University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs. She also likes boating with friends in the summer and relaxing with her dog Harleigh Girl and goat Blue. Lory volunteers with her community and recently served on the 2023-2024 Sutter County Grand Jury.

Lory did an excellent job helping us get our non-renewal reinstated. She worked fast and was extremely responsive to our needs and requests.

We would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work your office did last week in getting new policies in place in for the transaction closing.
This reflects on the teamwork values and the leadership that has been put in place.
Lory Williams spent long hours under trying circumstances getting the job done, and it has not gone unnoticed from our end (she issued the WC docs to us last Friday at 8 PM).
The insurance portion of the ownership transfer could not have taken place on schedule without the professional and competent efforts of Lory and her staff.
