Patty Love is a Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2024 after the merger with Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals. With nearly a lifelong connection to Tri-Cities, Patty has immersed herself in the insurance industry since 2009, gaining expertise in various insurance lines. Patty’s pride lies in helping clients safeguard what matters most in their diverse community.
Being bilingual, Patty efficiently manages multiple phone lines, schedules appointments, and responds to crucial emails. Her responsibilities extend to directing claims to the appropriate department, handling endorsements, and explaining billing details.
Outside of work, Patty finds joy in spending time with family and friends, especially her one and only grandson. Patty is actively involved in his life, considering him her purpose on earth. Patty’s current focus is on personal growth, aspiring to make positive lifestyle changes and create cherished memories with her loved ones.
