Laura Poole is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in September 2025. She is a results-oriented insurance industry executive with proven success in driving robust revenue and profitability. Laura started her career as a claims adjuster with Mercury Insurance and has also worked at Balboa Insurance as an Executive Account Manager and Century-National Insurance as a Product Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Laura is licensed in the State of Oregon with her Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses. She earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2023 and also holds an AINS. Her extensive experience in property and casualty includes specializing in developing customer-centric solutions and pioneering cutting-edge product innovations to establish competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Laura takes a consultative approach with clients and seeks to understand their needs and provide specialized guidance of the insurance process. She is loving her time at Inszone and looks forward to her continued development and becoming a better leader.
In her free time, Laura enjoys submersing herself in nature and often takes vacations specifically focused on hiking through different countries. She loves crosswords and does the New York Times one every day.
