Melanie Stout is an Operations Analyst at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2024 after the merger with Loft & Co. Melanie’s journey in insurance began in 2012 as a secretary at a State Farm agency, where she quickly advanced by obtaining her Life, Health, and P&C licenses. Her career has spanned diverse areas, including aviation insurance, where she specialized in chartered and non-owned aircraft, gaining unique insights into specialized coverage. At Loft & Co., she focused on enhancing client education and service, ultimately transitioning into an operations role, making her the perfect fit for Inszone Insurance and our fast-growing company. Over the past three years, Melanie has excelled in training staff, fostering career development, onboarding new hires, and managing AMS and carrier transitions during agency acquisitions. Her CLCS designation reflects her commitment to professional growth and operational excellence.
Melanie’s expertise in navigating complex transitions and her passion for improving processes make her an invaluable asset to Inszone’s operations team. She thrives on creating efficient systems, empowering team members, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues alike.
In her free time, Melanie enjoys indulging her love for fantasy novels and tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons. A self-proclaimed “nerd,” she also appreciates board and video games, cooking, and hosting dinner parties for family and friends. Dedicated to her community, she volunteers at local food pantries, farmers markets, and animal shelters, advocating for humane treatment and supporting those in need.
