Tina McClary is a Senior Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025 after the merger with Employee Benefits Advantage. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Langston University and has been in the insurance industry since 1990. Tina is also licensed in Life and A&H insurance and holds several industry certifications, including Health Insurance Associate (HIA), Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP), and Disability Income Associate (DIA). Her extensive experience includes working for a national stop-loss carrier before transitioning to the agency side in the late 1990s. In 2005, she helped start Employee Benefits Advantage, where she served as the Office Administrator/Bookkeeper.
Tina’s expertise and dedication to the employee benefits field make her an asset to her team and clients. She is committed to helping businesses navigate the complexities of benefits plans, ensuring her clients receive tailored, effective solutions. Her vast experience and customer-focused approach allow her to foster long-lasting relationships and provide exceptional service.
In her downtime, Tina enjoys knitting, crocheting, and gardening, where she grows vegetables. She is always looking forward to her next travel adventure and cherishes the time she spends exploring new destinations. Tina is also passionate about giving back to her community and volunteers with the Assistance League of Tulsa’s Operation School Bell and STEM Outreach Program.
