Prior to her current role, Kelly served as the Director of Onboarding and Training at an independent insurance agency, which eventually led to her promotion as VP of Operations. Kelly’s passion lies in streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and empowering individuals. Kelly takes great pride in her ability to drive solutions, support projects, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Kelly firmly believes that fostering a growth mindset and providing effective training are crucial for individual success. Throughout her career, she has recognized the value of unlocking the full potential of each person and establishing strong connections, resulting in notable achievements for agents. For example, Kelly has successfully implemented an onboarding process that reduced agent onboarding time by 27%. Additionally, Kelly created a comprehensive master carrier guide, leading agents to being appointed with carriers an average of eight days faster.
