My home insurance was expiring on April 1, 2024. I contacted Sylvia regarding my renewal when I hit a glitch and was notified that my policy was not being renewed. As it turned out, my policy was renewed but it would never have been with out the extraordinary diligence of Sylvia. She made every possible effort for two months to assist me in getting the renewal. My phone calls were always returned and updates came forth regularly. I have never had an agent fight so hard to assist me in getting over the obstacles put in front of me. I would more than highly recommend Sylvia for any insurance issues. She is the best! You will not be disappointed in the customer service you receive from Sylvia, she is a pleasure to work with.

I gave Ms. Guardado five stars because she has been giving me excellent service with my auto insurance policy renewal. Only working with her for a short time since my auto insurance needed renewal. She has been doing a great job.. She has been keeping me updated with all the important information that I have been requesting. She is also very pleasant to talk to. And taking time to answer all my questions. When I call her and she is unable to answer the call, she returns my call very promptly.
