My home insurance was expiring on April 1, 2024. I contacted Sylvia regarding my renewal when I hit a glitch and was notified that my policy was not being renewed. As it turned out, my policy was renewed but it would never have been with out the extraordinary diligence of Sylvia. She made every possible effort for two months to assist me in getting the renewal. My phone calls were always returned and updates came forth regularly. I have never had an agent fight so hard to assist me in getting over the obstacles put in front of me.
