Michelle Burns is a Commercial Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2026. She worked as a real estate professional before transitioning to insurance and has worked only at independent insurance agencies throughout her insurance career. Michelle has 13 years of experience in commercial lines and attended the University of Central Arkansas. She holds a CISR – Certified Insurance Service Representative – designation. She has worked with many different types of contractors throughout her insurance career and brings attentive high level customer service to each of her customers.
Michelle approaches working with clients with understanding and patience. She enjoys being a part of helping them obtain all the coverages needed to run their business effectively.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys travel, reading and spending time with her family and pets.
