Dael Bowman is a Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in July 2021 after the merger with Strachota Insurance Agency, Inc. Dael began her career in the insurance industry with Traveler’s Insurance. She then transferred to W.D. Brooks insurance where she worked for more than a decade as an insurance agent and account manager. Prior to joining Inszone, she worked for Strachota for more than a decade and was an integral part of the company’s Personal Lines Department. Dael appreciates her customers and works hard to help her clients safeguard their investments with affordable insurance solutions.
On her off time, Dael enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and sky diving.

I called with questions about policy coverage and procedures that I was a little uncertain about. I found the number for this agency on the Allstate app. Initially, Ms. Bowman was unfamiliar with the app herself but walked through the features amd my policy with me to help me figure out that I was eligible for a rental car and that the app had a feature that would help streamline the arrangements. Her help was much appreciated, but what I enjoyed even more was her friendliness, kindness and can-do attitude. It was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

The insurer failed to put through my credit card payment correctly the first time and Dael notified me right away that the payment was rejected. I let her know that the card was good and she dealt with the insurer for me and they put it through again. Although the insurer should have tried to put the card through again, without rejecting my insurance and causing anyone hassle, Dael dealt directly with them to make sure it was done. Dael is the best insurance representative that I’ve ever worked with!
