Val Fagen is a Licensed Agent at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in November 2023 after the merger with Financial Arts Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Certificate of Completion for NAHU’s Medicare Course. With over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry and a background in customer service, including roles at Fagen Pharmacy and 1st American Management, Val brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her husband, Tim Hornback, and their grandchildren. Beyond family time, she finds joy in baking and decorating birthday cakes. A fitness enthusiast, Val has completed the Chicago Marathon not once, but twice.
