Personal Lines Account Manager
Erica Hawkins is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2025 after the merger of Keokuk – LJ Insurance. She worked in the healthcare field for 28 years before changing career paths to insurance. Erica has worked in the insurance industry for 2 1/2 years, specializing in personal lines. She specializes in home, auto, umbrella, and recreational vehicles. Erica is also involved in her community as a member of the local book club, the local PEO group, and is active in her church.
Erica’s goal is to explain the policies to the insureds and be able to save on premium if possible or add any endorsements that are beneficial to the insureds. She is passionate about her work and aims to build her book of business and be the insurance agent that her clients feel comfortable calling or coming in with questions.
In her free time, Erica enjoys reading, shopping, decorating, and traveling but most importantly spending time with her family.
