Susie Ellis is the Branch Operations Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in October 2024 after the merger with Get Benefits Insurance Services, Inc. Susie earned her associate’s degree as Valedictorian and her bachelor’s degree as Salutatorian from ITT Technical Institute, where she studied computer visualization and technology. Her professional journey began in the exciting world of visual effects animation, where she brought characters to life, blew up bugs, and crafted natural elements such as rain and lightning. Eventually, she transitioned to operations and insurance, where her creativity, technical expertise, and vibrant personality bring a unique energy to her role. Susie is known for her outgoing nature, quick wit, and ability to make friends anywhere, whether at work or even in a grocery store.
Susie’s dedication to helping clients and colleagues alike stems from her passion for building strong relationships and solving problems with a blend of creativity and precision. Her approachable demeanor and knack for connecting with people make her an invaluable member of the Inszone team. She takes pride in fostering an efficient and supportive work environment while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
In her free time, Susie loves spending time with her precious son and their three dogs: Courage the Cowardly Dog (he’s afraid of houseflies), Pippi Dogstocking (a 7-pound powerhouse), and Gracie (aka Gracecar when she gets the zoomies). Susie treasures gatherings with her large, close-knit family. She also loves singing and karaoke. Susie completed the first novel of her young adult series about time travel and ghosts, which she is actively querying to agents. Balancing her creative right-brain and technical left-brain talents, Susie brings passion and energy to everything she does.
