Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Kelly Callahan is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in July 2025. Her career journey has always been client-centered, starting in the automotive business in Ohio as a service advisor for a Chevrolet dealership. She then went into the hospitality industry in Florida while going through college for Interior Design. The last 20 years of her career have been spent between Interior Design and Insurance, with an equal amount of time spent working in each field. Kelly started her insurance career in Vero Beach, Florida as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way up to become a licensed insurance agent. She specializes in Personal Lines insurance products ranging from home, auto, personal umbrella and flood insurance to complex inland marine policies. Kelly prides herself on providing clients with the most comprehensive coverage at a competitive rate. She holds an associate degree in Interior Design and graduated college with honors. Though she does not currently hold any insurance designations, she is interested in pursuing either the AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation, as she strives to be as knowledgeable as possible to best meet the needs and goals of her employer and clients.
Kelly’s approach to working with clients is to treat them as though they are her only client. She wants clients to feel appreciated, understood, heard, and taken care of.
In her free time, Kelly loves spending time with her husband and teenage son. They enjoy day trips to nearby mountain towns, hiking, camping, downhill skiing and boating.
