With over 25 years in the industry, Rosie has extensive experience in the personal lines insurance industry, specializing in risk assessment, coverage placement, and customer advocacy. She works closely with leading carriers to deliver competitive and comprehensive solutions for clients. Rosie is licensed as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in the State of California and has completed industry training in personal lines risk assessment and coverage analysis, along with continuing education in property & casualty insurance and client service best practices. Her key skills include personal lines coverage analysis for home, auto, and umbrella policies, carrier navigation and underwriting collaboration, risk assessment, client education, multi-carrier quoting and placement, renewal strategy, claims guidance, and strong communication and customer service.
