Joe Zaino is a Benefits Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in December 2021 after the merger with Lamb, Little & Co. Joe began his career over 25 years ago with Prudential Insurance, and with his Business degree from Southern Illinois University, he went on to own and operate his own insurance agency with his focus on international group medical coverage for overseas mission organizations.
In addition to being business savvy he is an expert in implementing comprehensive employee benefit programs, educating employees on their benefit offerings, and assisting employers on strategies to attract and retain quality employees. Joe has also earned his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
In his off time, Joe loves spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoys golfing, biking and he’s an active member of his church. Joe is also very passionate about supporting non-profit overseas church planting organizations through individual mission sponsorships.
