Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Crystal Hill is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2023 after the merger with Desert Cornerstone Insurance Services. She has been in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years, specializing in contractors. She started her career while in high school, assisting account managers after school. That is where her passion for insurance and learning about various types of businesses grew. Crystal attended classes on the weekends to obtain her Property & Casualty license and obtained her license prior to graduating high school. For 13 years, she worked at Desert Cornerstone Insurance Service, Inc. as a Commercial Lines Marketing Manager. She takes great pride in earning the informal title of “Solution Department” and loves a challenge. Keeping clients’ best interests at the forefront has enabled her to have long-lasting relationships that are invaluable to her.
While she is passionate about her insurance career, Crystal’s greatest passion is being a wife and mother to four amazing children. She enjoys traveling, family game nights, camping, and watching her kids ride motorcycles. She believes it is possible to “have it all” and strives to achieve professional and personal goals.
