Dagan Roberts

Dagan Roberts is a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in May 2026. He built his career over the past decade in the commercial insurance space, starting with foundational roles in brokerage environments where he developed a strong understanding of risk analysis, coverage structuring, and client advisory. He has transitioned from account manager, all the way to agency owner. With a shift in personal priorities and a desire to scale within a larger platform, he has partnered with Inszone Insurance Services. Dagan has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years with nearly exclusive focus on commercial risks. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Iowa State University in Management Information Systems and has earned his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. He brings a rare blend of technical expertise and real-world ownership experience, excelling at structuring complex programs, navigating the E&S market, and leveraging strong underwriter relationships to get deals done—especially when options are limited. For clients, that translates into clarity, speed, and results. He is also a long-standing member of BNI Arizona and serves as a Director Consultant for BNI Arizona.

Dagan is passionate about education first. He believes commercial insurance is a dark and scary world if you don’t have a trusted advisor helping light the way. He strives to be the one-stop for all questions and concerns. He prioritizes relationships over transactions, knowing that trust, consistency, and follow-through are what ultimately drive long-term success—for both him and his clients. He aims to grow his book of business to $5MM in premium within the next 5 years.

In his free time, Dagan enjoys the outdoors; whether that is wrenching on something in the garage, hiking, fishing, or almost anything else outdoors, that is likely where you will find him outside of work.
