We easily chose a new Medicare advantage plan. Joel was very helpful, easy to understand, patient, and polite. We chose a phone consult over an office visit. We emailed ahead of our phone consult with our questions, (not required) Joel was well prepared, had the home work all done. He answered some additional questions we had during our consult. We made our individual decisions, (my wife was picking a new plan as well). We both feel confident in our well informed choices & that all paper work was handled correctly. A benefit of having a broker is we will have there support if we have issues with insurance or billing in all of 2026! We will have an advocate for us if needed.
