Jessica Hughes is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in October 2022. She brings over six years of experience in Health Insurance and more than 12 years of customer service experience to her role. Since transitioning into the Commercial Insurance industry, Jessica has become a highly valued member of the team, known for her industry knowledge, leadership, and dedication to supporting the growth and development of fellow employees.
Jessica prides herself on empathy, strong communication, and building lasting relationships in order to best serve her clients and support their evolving needs.
Outside of work, Jessica stays busy with her three children—her beautiful daughter, Harlow, and her two handsome sons, Braxton and her newest addition, Bowie. As a family, they enjoy crafting, trying new recipes, visiting the ocean, and spending quality time together. Her philosophy is simple: lead with empathy, work with purpose, and always strive to leave people better supported than before.

During my email dialogue yesterday I added Jessica Hughes to the email chain, though I wasn’t sure she is in the chain of command to provide support relating to my Liberty Mutual policies coming up for renewal in June. Unexpectedly, into the dialogue pops a message from Jessica, responding to my insecurities relating to the email I misplaced. Then, she messages me again, telling me she’s located my Liberty Mutual policies and has them on her radar. Jessica may not understand how important it is to me to know someone at Home Office is looking out for me. Everyone knows that timely renewal of my policies is of paramount importance to me. Receiving assurance from Jessica set my mind at ease that the Liberty Mutual policy renewals are in the hands of someone caring and knowledgeable. That’s very very helpful!
