During my email dialogue yesterday I added Jessica Hughes to the email chain, though I wasn’t sure she is in the chain of command to provide support relating to my Liberty Mutual policies coming up for renewal in June. Unexpectedly, into the dialogue pops a message from Jessica, responding to my insecurities relating to the email I misplaced. Then, she messages me again, telling me she’s located my Liberty Mutual policies and has them on her radar. Jessica may not understand how important it is to me to know someone at Home Office is looking out for me. Everyone knows that timely renewal of my policies is of paramount importance to me. Receiving assurance from Jessica set my mind at ease that the Liberty Mutual policy renewals are in the hands of someone caring and knowledgeable. That’s very very helpful!

Jessica has been more than willing to do research and help me with a refund checks issue that were sent to a wrong address. She immediately problem solved and helped me. She followed up with the insurance company and was quick to return phone calls to let me know what was going on. She followed through and my problem is solved and I am so happy.
