Prior to Inszone, Bethany held leadership roles at Keystone Agency Partners, where she helped integrate over $125 million in revenue across multiple acquisitions, and served as a Strategy Consultant at MarshBerry, advising agencies nationwide on leadership, sales, and operational performance.
Bethany is passionate about guiding agency owners through the M&A process with clarity and confidence. Her firsthand experience as both a seller and consultant allows her to be a trusted partner, ensuring smooth transitions and lasting success for new partners.
In her free time, Bethany enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their pets. She is a dedicated Pilates enthusiast and an unapologetically average knitter.
