Lily Holguin is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2026. She has been working with insurance since 2017. Previously, Lily worked at Cargill Inc., a beef slaughterhouse, where she held multiple positions in the HR department including billing, hiring, and training. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Lily enjoys taking the time to discuss coverages and premiums and answering any questions clients may have, recognizing that the insurance world is very complicated.
Lily is passionate about being honest and trustworthy in her work. She lives by the personal philosophy to be the person she’d want to deal with if she was purchasing insurance coverage, ensuring her clients receive the best service possible.
In her free time, Lily enjoys spending time with her family of eight. With six kids and four still in school, their home is always busy with activities like volleyball, basketball, or baseball. She also enjoys relaxing with a Margarita once in a while.
