Joe Balderas
Training Specialist
Joe Balderas is a Training Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in July 2024. He has been in the Insurance Industry since 2001 when he moved from Dallas, TX to San Antonio, TX to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio. He started as a Service Representative and has worked in PL and CL Lines, sales and service, training and office management. Joe worked for Nationwide Insurance as an Account Manager, Producer, and Office Manager from 2001 till 2017 in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. He then worked at a State Farm captive agency from 2017 till 2021 as a Producer and Office Manager, followed by a role at State Farm Corporate as a PL Underwriter from 2021 to 2023. He also served as an Agency Development and Training Specialist at Jordan and Jordan Insurance before joining Inszone Insurance. Joe initially started college pursuing Sports Medicine but decided on Business Management with UTSA. He has extensive experience in sales and service, customer-facing roles, and employee development, with a strong passion for training and branch/agency development.
Joe is passionate about his work and strives to be the best he can be in all aspects of life. His personal philosophy is to be the best father, son, friend, coworker, and professional, always smiling, patient, and understanding to those around him. His greatest achievement is being a father to three beautiful daughters, who are his driving force to achieve and grow.
In his free time, Joe enjoys riding motorcycles and has owned several Harley Davidsons. He loves road trips, beaches, oceans, and the outdoors in general, describing himself as a true gearhead.
