Lashanda Cole

Lashanda Cole is a Commercial Lines Account Manager  at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in May 2024. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Lashanda has over six years of experience primarily focused on habitational risks. Her diverse work background includes roles in customer service, accounting, office and retail management, and school bus transportation.

Lashanda has a strong interest in the medical field and hopes to attend medical school one day. She is a natural caretaker and enjoys helping others, often volunteering to clean homes, provide free childcare, and transport children to school and extracurricular activities. Her dedication was recognized early in her career when she was awarded Employee of the Year in her second year in the industry.

Known for her strong work ethic, friendly personality, and compassionate nature, Lashanda enjoys building relationships with friends, coworkers, and clients.

Outside of work, Lashanda is a dedicated wife and mother of four. She loves watching movies, going to amusement parks with her kids, singing karaoke, dancing, and vacationing in warm, tropical destinations.
