Chris Castadio is a Benefits Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2025. Chris holds a B.S. in Business from California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI), graduating in 2018, and is currently pursuing an MBA with a Financial Planning emphasis at California Lutheran University (CLU), expected to graduate in 2026. With over five years of experience in the insurance industry, Chris began his career at Farr Johnen & Associates Insurance Services, where he earned his accident & health or sickness, life license and his REBC® (Registered Employee Benefits Consultant) designation. He later moved to Simpolicy Insurance Solutions as an Account Manager and Employee Benefits Consultant, focusing on sales and growing his book of business while earning his Property and Casualty License.
Chris is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. His background in leadership from his time as a CrossFit coach and program director has helped him build strong communication skills, allowing him to connect with clients and effectively present insurance options. Chris’s extensive knowledge of benefits planning, combined with his drive to continue learning, ensures that his clients receive expert guidance every step of the way.
In his free time, Chris enjoys golfing, exercising, hiking, and snowboarding. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Tracy, their children, Owen and Brady, and their mischievous cat, Sally. Chris also enjoys working on his personal development and is committed to his education, with his eyes set on expanding his expertise in financial planning.
