Colleen Bourgeois joined Inszone Insurance Services in May 2025 after the merger with Eagle Harbor Insurance. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. With a diverse background in customer-focused roles, Colleen has held various jobs, served in multiple board positions, and remains active in volunteer work within her community. Her experience has strengthened her problem-solving skills and passion for supporting others.
Colleen values building connections and enjoys seeing familiar faces at the Bainbridge Island office. Her outgoing nature, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others make her a trusted resource for both clients and her team. She strives to create a positive experience for everyone she works with.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. She loves exploring new places and embracing opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
