Aly Bowen is a Personal Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in September 2024 after the merger of North Orem – L.A. Bowen Insurance Agency. She has been in the industry for 11 years and specializes in personal lines insurance with an emphasis on affluent accounts. Alyxandria started her professional journey at age 14 as a tour guide for a local cavern company in northern California. After high school, she moved to Utah to pursue her college education while working in various roles including the college bookstore, restaurant industry, and customer service for Ancestry.com. She entered the insurance world in 2014 following an 18-month volunteer service mission for her church. Alyxandria holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from BYU-ID with an emphasis in entrepreneurial management and is working towards her CPRIA designation, aiming to complete it by spring 2026. She is extremely organized, has high attention to detail, and enjoys being a valuable resource for her customers.
Her approach is very personable; she wants her clients to feel like good friends and to be sufficiently covered with a clear understanding of all available options. Alyxandria strives to fulfill her clients’ desires and needs, whether through price, coverage options, or carrier service. She has a passion for helping people, including customers, team members, and superiors, and finds happiness in being of service. Throughout her life, she has been deeply involved in her community, volunteering for about 15 years with youth in her church and community to help them achieve their goals and motivate them in education and life choices. Professionally, she has worked her way through the ranks, maintaining sales goals and motivating her team to reach their success points.
In her free time, Alyxandria enjoys spending time with her wonderful family. She and her husband have been married for 10 years and have three beautiful children, plus a little angel they look forward to meeting in heaven. She loves baking and crafting, often dreaming up new creations in the kitchen. Living in beautiful Utah, she enjoys hiking and outdoor adventures, as well as spending time in her yard creating. Alyxandria embraces the philosophy of “leave it better than you found it” and applies Stephen Covey’s 7-habits principles in her work and leadership.
