Theresa King
Personal Insurance Specialist
Theresa King is a Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in January 2024. Born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. She began her insurance career in 2017 when a State Farm recruiter offered to cover the costs for her education and insurance license.
Before entering the insurance industry, Theresa worked as a General Manager at retail stores, focusing on creating environments that provided the best customer experience. Her favorite part of her career is building relationships with clients, who often become like family to her. She enjoys educating them on the importance of various aspects of their insurance policies.
In her free time, Theresa loves being outdoors as much as possible. She is a devoted fan of Harry Potter and adores her cat, Elsa. An avid snowboarder, white-water rafter, and longboarder, Theresa also cherishes meeting new people and quickly makes friends, enjoying time spent with them and her family.

My name is Matt Greenly, and we are and have been clients of Inszone Insurance for quite some time. We have numerous policies with Inszone between my wife (Chryl) & I as well as our two adult children whom we have set up with Inszone as they became adults.
When Jane McDowell retired last year, Osvaldo picked up our business, but we had a series of challenges with our policies, attention to detail and follow-up. Most recently, because of one of those challenges where one of our policies lapsed, I called and was connected with Theresa King. The timing was good as I had started to shop around for a new agency to handle our many insurance needs but Theresa has been very helpful, responsive and jumped in to address our concerns. I’m not one to complain and was simply prepared to move our business but Theresa has championed our needs and has been a real pro thus far.
