Paulo Sereno is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2025. Paulo graduated from Mesquite High School and has worked in customer service since high school. His experience spans fast food, retail, and various other customer-facing roles, allowing him to develop strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Paulo loves interacting with and meeting new people, finding that every client interaction brings a unique challenge and opportunity. His friendly personality and ability to adapt to different situations make him an excellent asset to his team, and he strives to provide great service to each of his clients.
On his days off, Paulo enjoys hiking, running, watching films and television, and even cooking and baking—though he admits he’s still perfecting his skills in the kitchen. He is also part of a run club in Dallas, where he stays active and connects with others.
