Vivian Wang is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in December 2023. She attended College of San Mateo as a Business Major. Despite being new to the insurance industry, Vivian brings valuable experience from her previous roles in management, sales, and customer service before her ten-year stint abroad.
During her time overseas, Vivian taught English in China and worked in hospitality in Northern Ireland, where she found fulfillment in the interpersonal connections of customer service. Upon returning to the US, she sought a new challenge and found a fitting opportunity at Inszone Insurance Services. Drawing from her experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, Vivian has honed her ability to prioritize and stay organized while delivering professional service.
Despite her easy-going nature in daily life, Vivian is serious about her work and believes in the importance of delivering quality results. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and indulging in her hobbies of live music and pool.

What a gem of an employee!! I had major problems with a carrier that required a 30 foot tree to be cut within 30 days.I was traveling and did not get it done on time. Vivian went the extra 100 miles to negotiate with the underwriter and get an extension. After the tree was cut the insurer still decided to drop us. Our house was built in 1910 and it was hard to find an insurer that would cover us at a reasoanble rate, or even at all! But Vivian found the best possible option for us. Hey, she also answered when I called, or responed quickly. She was organized ,had all the facts and was extremely knowledgeable .Can’t wait to work with her again!!
